Seal yang dibuat dengan spesifikasi yang tidak tepat dan kualitas yang lebih rendah dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada pompa, contohnya pada <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pompa Alfa Laval<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak pabrikan sekarang membuat seal non-original yang di-klaim compatible dengan pompa LKH \u2013 Alfa Laval. Padahal menggunakan parts non-original Alfa Laval yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi original dapat membahayakan peralatan, keselamatan pekerja dan lingkungan. Selain itu, biaya penggunaan parts non-original Alfa Laval dapat berdampak terhadap anggaran pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan di kemudian hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alfa Laval Indonesia<\/a> melakukan studi kasus untuk membandingkan shaft seal original dan non-original (3rd party) untuk melihat efek dan risiko penggunaannya di pompa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\">Alfa <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Laval<\/a>. Tidak ada dari 3<sup>rd <\/sup>party shaft seal yang menggunakan duplex stainless steel untuk membuat static face holder.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"210\" class=\"wp-image-556\" style=\"width: 250px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-3.png\" alt=\"Pengujian Static Face Holder Alfa Laval vs 3rd Parties\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-3.png 344w, https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-3-300x252.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><br>2 dari 5 stationary seal juga tidak dirakit dengan benar sehingga part stationary seal tidak dapat digunakan untuk melepaskan stationary seal dari backplate yang menyebabkan proses servis menjadi lebih sulit.<br>Semua faktor tersebut menyebabkan masalah ketika seal dipasang ke pompa, karena static seal mengalami keausan sehingga dapat merusak backplate.<\/li><li><strong>Seal <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alfa Laval<\/a> menggunakan <em>sintered silicon carbide<\/em> agar <em>Seal dapat<\/em> lebih tahan akan temperatur tinggi dan media CIP daripada menggunakan <em>reaction bonded<\/em> <em>silicon carbide<\/em>. Selain itu, jika menggunakan <em>reaction bonded silicon carbide<\/em> dapat menyebabkan korosi ketika terkena bahan pembersih umum yang bersifat kaustik (misal. NaOH). Setelah diperiksa ternyata 4 dari 5 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party shaft seal menggunakan <em>reaction bond silicon carbide<\/em>.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"203\" class=\"wp-image-557\" style=\"width: 250px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-4.png\" alt=\"Pengujian Material Seal Alfa Laval vs 3rd Parties\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-4.png 358w, https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-4-300x243.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/li><li><strong>Rotary Seal Face<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alfa Laval<\/a> menggunakan carbon insert seal. Sementara pabrikan non-original membuat bagian tersebut menggunakan karbon, tetapi dengan metode press fitted.<br>Perbedaannya terletak pada koefisien muai panas yang lebih besar dari pada carbon insert. Sehingga jika memakai metode press fitted maka temperatur yang dihasilkan akan terdapat perbedaan \/ tidak rata pada permukaan rotary seal face.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"233\" class=\"wp-image-558\" style=\"width: 250px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-5.png\" alt=\"Pengujian Rotary Seal Face Alfa Laval vs 3rd Parties\"><br>Beberapa O-ring juga ditemukan memiliki sambungan yang buruk yang bisa menjadi penyebab potensial kebocoran.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Pengujian pada coil spring<\/strong><br>Coil spring harus memiliki kompresi yang tepat. Jika terlalu kencang, akan menyebabkan keausan pada rotary seal face. Jika terlalu longgar, tidak akan bisa menutup dengan benar sehingga menimbulkan kebocoran di sela-sela seal face.<br>Dalam pengujian ini, ditemukan beberapa parts non-original mengalami masalah.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"191\" class=\"wp-image-559\" style=\"width: 200px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-6.png\" alt=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"208\" class=\"wp-image-560\" style=\"width: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-7.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-7.png 541w, https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-7-300x208.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li><li><strong>Pengujian Tekanan<\/strong><ul><li>Uji tekanan dilakukan pada tekanan 4 bar dengan temperatur air 20<sup>O<\/sup> celcius.<\/li><li>Hanya 4 dari 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party shaft seal yang diuji tekanannya karena salah satu static face macet saat dipasang ke backplate pompa sehingga merusak ulir backplate.<\/li><li>3 dari 4 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party shaft seal yang diuji tekannnya ditemukan bocor pada akhir proses pengujian.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" class=\"wp-image-561\" style=\"width: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-8.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-8.png 699w, https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-8-300x240.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Temuan pada Non-Original Shaft Seal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Dimensi dan fitting tidak tepat.<\/li><li>Kualitas perakitan dan hasil akhir yang di bawah standar (salah satu shaft seal mencapai Ra 1,5).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"331\" height=\"264\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-9.png 331w, https:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Parts-9-300x239.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 331px) 100vw, 331px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Kerataan lebih rendah.<\/li><li>Rotating parts terhalang oleh ukuran elastomer yang tidak tepat.<\/li><li>Material yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan permintaan standar higienis 3A, FDA, EHEDG.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengujian tersebut menghasilkan beberapa hasil yang tidak memuaskan untuk shaft seal non-original dibandingkan dengan <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alfalaval.com\/service-and-support\/service-overview\/maintenance-services\/spare-parts\/\" target=\"_blank\">shaft seal original <\/a>Alfa Laval asli. Dengan memilih seal non-original, pengguna akan mendapat risiko kerusakan pompa dan waktu henti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu shaft seal original <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kusumateknik.co.id\/product\/pump\/hygienic-pumps-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alfa Laval <\/a>yang berkualitas tinggi dapat memberikan jaminan keamanan, efisiensi, pengoperasian berkelanjutan, dan terhindar dari risiko. Shaft seal original dibuat untuk bekerja dengan produk Alfa Laval &#8211; tidak ada pabrikan lain yang dapat menandingi spesifikasinya.
