Gas pelacak helium dimasukkan ke benda uji yang terhubung ke alat penguji kebocoran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apa itu Gas Helium?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gas helium adalah alat yang digunakan sebagai tracer gas untuk proses mendeteksi kebocoran pada pipa. Gas helium digunakan untuk mengukur kebocoran karena memiliki tingkat kemurnian yang dikontrol dengan sangat detail menggunakan alat analisis. Adapun pengertian leak rate adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menentukan akurasi kebocoran. Metode Vacuum dibagi menjadi dua yaitu Integral Sample Under Vacuum dan Integral Sample Under Pressure. Sedangkan metode Sniffing dibagi menjadi dua yaitu Local Sample Under Vacuum dan Local Sample Under Pressure. Pemilihan metode bergantung pada leak rate yang diinginkan. Berikut penjelasan masing-masing metode :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Integral Sample Under Vacuum.<\/strong> Metode ini bekerja dengan cara menempatkan benda uji di dalam chamber (ruangan) tertutup. Chamber ditekan menggunakan helium yang terhubungan ke alat penguji kebocoran.
